kadhi with badi (black grams flour & curd sauce with black grams fitters)

kadhi with badi (black gram flour sauce with grams fitters)

Ingredients:
1.black grams flour (besan) 350 gm
2.curd 100gm
3.red chilli powder 1 tea spoon
4.turmeric powder  2 tea spoon
5.ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tea spoon
6.salt accordingly
7. onion 1medium size finely chopped
8.green chillies finely chopped
9.ginger Julians for garnishing
10.oil for deep frying
Ingredients for tadka:
1.mustard seeds 1 tea spoon
2.red dry red chillies 4-5
3.asafoetida 1pinch strong
4.garlic 1tea spoon chopped
5.curry leaves 5-6
6.pure ghee 2-3 tea spoon

method:
for badi or black gram fitters:
1.take bowl add 250 gms besan flour add salt ,1/2tea spoon turmeric,1/2 tea spoon ginger garlic paste mix it with water to make a  thick paste to make fitters beat this paste for 2-3mins for great results,then add chopped onion and green chillies mix it well to fry fitters in kadhai ,take hot boiling oil make small badi's or fitters fry till crispy cooked properly fry all and cool it down.
2.Now we will make kadhi or black gram sauce for  this we will beat remaining besan with curd together in a kadhai  to make fine paste then we will add remaining turmeric powder,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste ,salt then we will add  water to make sauce to a watery consistency so that after cooking on gas  it will become thick sauce so the consistency should be watery.Then we will start boiling our kadhi or sauce on gas after cooking 10-15mins on low flame we will add our fitters or badi's in kadhai again we will cook till fitters or badi's become soft. then add the end we remove from flame.
